What we can answer
Anything about the printing itself. Whether a photograph has enough detail for a large throw, how much of a picture survives the curve of a tumbler, what a transfer looks like after four days, which section a piece belongs in. That is our trade and we will give you a straight answer.
What we cannot answer
Anything about an order. We do not run the checkout, so we cannot look up a purchase, change an address, chase a parcel or arrange money back. All of that lives with our retail partner, and their own support desk can see the order while we cannot.
If you write to us about an order anyway, the honest reply is a pointer back to the partner. Going straight there saves you a day.
How long a reply takes
Letters reach us on working days and get answered in the order they arrive. There is no ticket system and no automated first response, which means nothing is instant and nothing is a robot.
Where paper post goes
Anything on paper goes to 183 East Main Street, Suite 1400, Rochester, NY 14604. That is a desk and a mail slot, not a counter: there is nothing to collect there, nothing to try against the light, and a parcel sent back to that address never reaches the retail partner who has to receive it. For anything about an order, the partner is both faster and the only desk that can act.
